They all gather on the wires around 5 o'clock. Are they discussing the day's maneuver practices? Are they watching how the humans travel, weaving in and out, constantly changing leaders and coming to rest, however briefly, under the same wires? Are they exchanging tidbits on which restaurant will have the most food available between cars or which yard has feeders?
